Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of management or leadership experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work 45 hours per week on a variable schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 55 pounds
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required food-safety licenses or certifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of management or leadership experience
  • Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Conflict-resolution abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team
  • Knowledge of food safety and operational procedures
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to obtain required food-safety licenses or certifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach restaurant team members alongside the General Manager to ensure operational excellence
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including scheduling, labor management, and expense control
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage team members and shift managers
  • Provide exceptional guest experiences by fostering a welcoming and supportive environment
  • Follow operational, inventory, and food safety procedures to maintain consistent standards
  • Assist with local restaurant marketing efforts and community engagement
  • Maintain a culture of food safety and cleanliness compliant with company and regulatory standards
