Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-service restaurant management
- Experience working in a scratch kitchen preferred
- In-depth knowledge of craft beverage offerings
- Ability to lead and manage high-volume service shifts
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Support daily FOH and BOH operations
- Lead service during peak shifts and high-traffic events
- Manage food, labor, and beverage costs
- Oversee bar execution and beverage standards
- Hire, train, and develop team members
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain food safety, alcohol compliance, and operational standards
