Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in restaurant management
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Iowa Program for Alcohol Compliance Training Certificate (I-PACT)
  • ServSafe certification
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • reliable and adheres to company policies
  • able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage with accountability

  • assist with quarterly reviews of front-of-house employees

  • promote transparency and clarity in communication
  • foster coaching and development of staff
  • oversee scheduling and staffing
  • execute pre-shift rallies
  • assist in hiring, training, and performance management
  • provide tools for maintaining restaurant appearance
  • complete daily cash and safe balance reports
  • conduct inventory checks
  • drive performance and growth of front-of-house team
  • demonstrate versatility in operations
  • monitor equipment and facilities maintenance
  • engage with customers through 100% table touches
  • pioneer revenue growth avenues
  • perform other duties as assigned
