Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant management
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Iowa Program for Alcohol Compliance Training Certificate (I-PACT)
- ServSafe certification
- strong communication and leadership skills
- physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- reliable and adheres to company policies
- able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Job Duties
- Lead and manage with accountability

- assist with quarterly reviews of front-of-house employees
- assist with administrative tasks such as payroll and new hire paperwork
- promote transparency and clarity in communication
- foster coaching and development of staff
- oversee scheduling and staffing
- execute pre-shift rallies
- assist in hiring, training, and performance management
- provide tools for maintaining restaurant appearance
- complete daily cash and safe balance reports
- conduct inventory checks
- drive performance and growth of front-of-house team
- demonstrate versatility in operations
- monitor equipment and facilities maintenance
- engage with customers through 100% table touches
- pioneer revenue growth avenues
- perform other duties as assigned
