Job Requirements

  • At least one year of management or leadership experience
  • prior experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management preferred
  • ability to work a variable schedule including opening, mid, and closing shifts plus weekends and holidays
  • able to stand for long periods, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 55 pounds with or without accommodation
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications
  • must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of management or leadership experience
  • experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is a plus
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong conflict resolution capabilities
  • proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • ability to obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to meet physical demands of the role

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach restaurant teams to deliver operational excellence
  • provide exceptional guest experiences and foster a welcoming environment
  • recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers
  • oversee scheduling, expense tracking, and labor management
  • ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
  • assist with local restaurant marketing efforts
  • follow operational and inventory control procedures to maintain smooth restaurant operations
