Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- hold a valid driver's license
- possess the ability to obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications
- have a minimum of one year of management and/or leadership experience
- be able to work approximately 45 hours per week on a variable schedule including opening, mid, and closing shifts as well as weekends and holidays
- meet the physical requirements of the role including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds
- have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- demonstrate conflict resolution skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead, coach, and work alongside restaurant teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers
- follow operational and inventory control procedures to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- assist with scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local restaurant marketing
- lead with a culture of food safety that meets company standards in food quality, safety practices, and cleanliness
- identify and develop talent within the team by supporting and promoting high performers
- handle conflict resolution and communicate effectively with team members and guests
