Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of management and or leadership experience
  • experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is a plus
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work 45 hours per week on a variable schedule including weekends and holidays
  • ability to meet physical requirements including standing for long periods and lifting up to 55 pounds
  • ability to obtain and maintain food safety licenses or certifications
  • valid driver’s license
  • at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of management or leadership experience

  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong conflict resolution abilities
  • ability to lead a high-performing team
  • familiarity with food safety standards
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach restaurant teams to deliver operational excellence
  • provide exceptional guest experiences and foster a welcoming environment
  • recruit, hire, train, and manage team members and shift managers
  • manage scheduling, labor costs, and local restaurant marketing
  • ensure adherence to food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
  • support talent development and recognize exceptional contributions
  • handle inventory control and expense tracking
