Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain and maintain required food safety certifications
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 55 pounds
- Availability to work 45 hours per week on a variable schedule
- Management or leadership experience
- Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management preferred

- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Experience with operational and inventory control procedures
- Ability to work a variable schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Lead and coach restaurant teams to deliver operational excellence
- Provide an exceptional guest experience and foster a welcoming environment
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers
- Follow operational and inventory control procedures
- Assist with scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local restaurant marketing
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and cleanliness practices
- Identify and develop talent within the team
