Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required food safety certifications
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 55 pounds
  • Availability to work 45 hours per week on a variable schedule
  • Management or leadership experience
  • Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management preferred

  • Minimum of one year of management or leadership experience
  • Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is a plus
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Experience with operational and inventory control procedures
  • Ability to work a variable schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach restaurant teams to deliver operational excellence
  • Provide an exceptional guest experience and foster a welcoming environment
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers
  • Follow operational and inventory control procedures
  • Assist with scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local restaurant marketing
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and cleanliness practices
  • Identify and develop talent within the team
