Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Minimum of one year of management or leadership experience
  • Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management preferred
  • Ability to work 45 hours per week on a variable schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to meet physical demands including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 55 pounds
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of management and/or leadership experience
  • Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is a plus
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to recruit, hire, train, and manage staff effectively
  • Knowledge of operational and inventory control procedures
  • Commitment to maintaining food safety and quality standards
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach restaurant teams alongside the General Manager to ensure operational excellence
  • Provide exceptional guest experiences by fostering a welcoming and supportive environment
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers
  • Follow operational and inventory control procedures to maintain smooth restaurant operations
  • Assist with scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local marketing efforts
  • Ensure food safety standards are met through rigorous adherence to company policies
  • Identify and develop talent within the team by supporting promotions and recognizing achievements
