Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of restaurant leadership experience
- Experience leading teams of 15 or more employees
- Knowledge of labor and cost management
- Ability to execute company SOPs and GM directives
- Willingness to lead by example and work hands-on
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain high standards in a high-volume environment
Job Qualifications
- 2-4 years of restaurant leadership experience
- Experience managing teams of 15 or more in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of labor management and cost control
- Proven ability to maintain brand and guest service standards
- Skilled in team coaching and development
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
Job Duties
- Support GM in managing daily operations
- Oversee opening and closing procedures and shift execution
- Ensure proper labor deployment and staff breaks
- Manage inventory, waste, and product quality
- Train and develop a 30-person team
- Coach employees for performance and standards
- Help enforce policies and positive culture
- Assist GM in tracking labor percentage
- Monitor waste and spoilage
- Participate in weekly P&L reviews
- Maintain Pinkbox Showtime Readiness standards
- Lead by example with visibility, speed, and hospitality
- Resolve guest issues professionally
