Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of management and/or leadership experience
  • Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is preferred
  • Ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team
  • Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
  • Capability to recruit, hire, train, and manage staff
  • Familiarity with operational procedures including scheduling and labor management
  • Must work 45 hours per week on a variable schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform routine restaurant tasks including lifting up to 55 pounds
  • Ability to obtain and maintain food safety licenses or certifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • At least 18 years old

  • At least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach restaurant teams alongside the General Manager
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers
  • Ensure operational excellence through scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local marketing
  • Promote and maintain a culture of food safety, quality, and cleanliness
  • Provide exceptional guest experiences and foster a welcoming environment
  • Resolve conflicts effectively while maintaining strong communication with team and guests
  • Identify and develop talent within the team to support promotions and recognize exceptional contributions
