Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of management and/or leadership experience
- Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is preferred
- Ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Capability to recruit, hire, train, and manage staff
- Familiarity with operational procedures including scheduling and labor management
- Must work 45 hours per week on a variable schedule including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform routine restaurant tasks including lifting up to 55 pounds
- Ability to obtain and maintain food safety licenses or certifications
- Valid driver's license
- At least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Lead and coach restaurant teams alongside the General Manager
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers
- Ensure operational excellence through scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local marketing
- Promote and maintain a culture of food safety, quality, and cleanliness
- Provide exceptional guest experiences and foster a welcoming environment
- Resolve conflicts effectively while maintaining strong communication with team and guests
- Identify and develop talent within the team to support promotions and recognize exceptional contributions
