Job Requirements

  • be at least 18 years old
  • have a minimum of one year of management and/or leadership experience
  • possess experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is preferred
  • demonstrate ability to work 45 hours per week on a variable schedule including weekends and holidays
  • meet physical requirements of standing, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, and completing routine restaurant tasks
  • obtain and maintain necessary food safety certifications as required by local, state, and federal regulations
  • hold a valid driver’s license
  • ready to lead and grow in a restaurant management career

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of one year of management or leadership experience
  • experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is a plus
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong conflict resolution abilities
  • ability to obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to meet physical demands of the role

Job Duties

  • lead and coach restaurant teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers
  • assist with scheduling, expense tracking, and labor management
  • ensure operational excellence through inventory control procedures and adherence to food safety standards
  • foster a welcoming and supportive work environment
  • support talent development by recognizing and promoting high-performing team members
  • contribute to local restaurant marketing efforts
