Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Minimum of one year of management and/or leadership experience
- Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management preferred
- Ability to work approximately 45 hours per week on a variable schedule including opening, mid, and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, reach, lift up to 55 pounds, and perform routine restaurant tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead a high-performing team alongside the General Manager to deliver operational excellence
- Provide an exceptional guest experience and foster a welcoming and supportive environment
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers
- Follow operational and inventory control procedures to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Assist with scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local restaurant marketing
- Lead with a culture of food safety that meets company standards in food quality, safety practices, and cleanliness
- Identify and develop talent within your team by supporting and developing high performers for promotions and recognizing exceptional contributions
