Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- 12+ months previous restaurant management experience for external candidates
- 6+ months experience as Fazoli's Assistant Manager for internal candidates
- Open availability to work all shifts during restaurant hours
- Flexibility to transfer or assist at other Fazoli's restaurants as business needs arise
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Recruit, select, hire, train, develop and retain a high-performance team of best-in-class associates
- Lead by example and treat people with dignity and respect
- Leverage Fazoli's policies, systems and processes to execute the concept flawlessly
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including guest service, sales-building, marketing, human resources, supply chain, administration and facilities maintenance
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager and team to ensure restaurant success
- Demonstrate a competitive spirit and pursuit of excellence
- Support and develop staff to prepare for future leadership roles
