Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • 18 years of age or older
  • 12+ months previous restaurant management experience for external candidates
  • 6+ months experience as Fazoli's Assistant Manager for internal candidates
  • Open availability to work all shifts during restaurant hours
  • Flexibility to transfer or assist at other Fazoli's restaurants as business needs arise

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • 12+ months previous restaurant management experience for external candidates
  • 6+ months experience as Fazoli's Assistant Manager for internal candidates
  • Open availability to work all restaurant shifts
  • Flexibility to transfer or assist at other Fazoli's locations as needed
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage restaurant operations effectively

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, hire, train, develop and retain a high-performance team of best-in-class associates
  • Lead by example and treat people with dignity and respect
  • Leverage Fazoli's policies, systems and processes to execute the concept flawlessly
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including guest service, sales-building, marketing, human resources, supply chain, administration and facilities maintenance
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager and team to ensure restaurant success
  • Demonstrate a competitive spirit and pursuit of excellence
  • Support and develop staff to prepare for future leadership roles
