Job Requirements

  • minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of management or leadership experience
  • experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management preferred
  • ability to work 45 hours per week on variable schedule including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 55 pounds
  • ability to perform routine restaurant tasks
  • ability to obtain and maintain food safety licenses or certifications
  • valid driver’s license
  • must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of one year of management or leadership experience
  • experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is a plus
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • conflict resolution skills
  • ability to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • lead and coach restaurant teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • recruit, hire, and train restaurant team members and shift managers
  • assist with scheduling, labor management, and expense tracking
  • ensure operational excellence and adherence to food safety standards
  • foster a welcoming and supportive team environment
  • support talent development and recognize exceptional contributions
  • manage inventory control and local restaurant marketing
