Job Requirements

  • at least 18 years old
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to obtain and maintain required food safety certifications
  • ability to work a flexible 45-hour schedule including weekends and holidays
  • capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 55 pounds
  • minimum of one year management or leadership experience
  • experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is preferred

Job Duties

  • lead and coach restaurant teams alongside the General Manager to achieve operational excellence
  • provide exceptional guest experiences and foster a welcoming, supportive environment
  • recruit, hire, train, and manage team members and shift managers
  • identify and develop team talent by supporting high performers and recognizing contributions
  • enforce food safety standards and company operational procedures
  • assist with scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local marketing efforts
  • work a 45-hour variable schedule including opening, mid, closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
