Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications
  • Ability to work 45 hours per week on a variable schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Meet physical requirements including standing for long periods, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds
  • Experience in management or leadership roles
  • Willingness to work varied shifts including opening, mid, and closing shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of management and/or leadership experience
  • Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to lead high-performing teams
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Commitment to food safety and quality standards

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach restaurant teams to deliver operational excellence
  • Provide exceptional guest experiences and foster a welcoming environment
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers
  • Follow operational and inventory control procedures to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Assist with scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local marketing
  • Lead with a culture of food safety that meets company standards
  • Identify and develop talent within the team for promotions and recognize exceptional contributions
