Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of management and/or leadership experience
- Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is a plus
- Ability to recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers
- Ability to work a variable schedule including opening, mid, closing, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, twist, lift up to 55 pounds, and perform restaurant tasks
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain and maintain required food safety licenses
- At least 18 years old
Job Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Knowledge of operational and inventory control procedures

Job Duties
- Lead and coach restaurant teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and expense tracking
- Ensure operational excellence through inventory control and adherence to company standards
- Foster a culture of food safety, cleanliness, and compliance
- Support local restaurant marketing efforts
- Work varied shifts including opening, mid, closing, weekends, and holidays
