Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age
- minimum 2 years of management experience
- open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable transportation
- strong communication and exceptional leadership skills
- ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team
- strong profit and loss knowledge
- able to obtain required certifications and permits
- working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
