Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment industry
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to perform light lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to walk stairs multiple times
- Comfortable working in a kitchen environment with heat and noise exposure

Job Duties
- Manage all cost of goods and maintain vendor relationships within assigned area
- Report operational successes and opportunities to General Manager
- Assist in executing monthly inventory processes
- Implement action items from profit and loss and operation efficiency reviews
- Uphold company core values, code of conduct, and operational guidelines on the floor
- Lead front-of-house service and coordinate team efforts
- Handle patron complaints to improve guest experiences
- Monitor patron feedback for ideas and operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain facility standards
- Develop and coach team members for leadership roles
- Track performance issues and conduct coaching sessions
- Celebrate team successes and build morale
