Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment industry
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to perform light lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to walk stairs multiple times
  • Comfortable working in a kitchen environment with heat and noise exposure

Job Duties

  • Manage all cost of goods and maintain vendor relationships within assigned area
  • Report operational successes and opportunities to General Manager
  • Assist in executing monthly inventory processes
  • Implement action items from profit and loss and operation efficiency reviews
  • Uphold company core values, code of conduct, and operational guidelines on the floor
  • Lead front-of-house service and coordinate team efforts
  • Handle patron complaints to improve guest experiences
  • Monitor patron feedback for ideas and operational improvements
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain facility standards
  • Develop and coach team members for leadership roles
  • Track performance issues and conduct coaching sessions
  • Celebrate team successes and build morale
