Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment industry preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and G-Suite
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to perform light lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and walk stairs frequently
  • Comfortable working in kitchen environment with typical equipment and exposure to heat and noise
  • Ability to use POS systems and touchscreen devices
  • Able to position oneself discreetly in viewing areas as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and motivational skills with a professional appearance and role model behavior
  • Previous management experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment industry preferred
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and G-Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Experience maintaining positive guest relations
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly
  • Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and a positive team culture

Job Duties

  • Manage all cost of goods sold (COGs) and vendor relationships within assigned areas such as bar, guest attendants, concierge, and events
  • Report operational successes and opportunities to the General Manager for continuous improvement
  • Assist in executing the monthly inventory process
  • Implement action items derived from profit & loss and operational efficiency reviews
  • Uphold company core values and operational guidelines by leading floor service and coordinating front-of-house team
  • Address patron complaints effectively to convert negative experiences into positive ones
  • Monitor patron feedback for ideas and ensure compliance with operational and safety protocols
  • Maintain standards for facility and equipment within the venue
  • Develop team leadership and execute learning and development programs to improve retention
  • Identify and cultivate key hourly leaders within the venue
  • Track performance issues and conduct coaching conversations
  • Celebrate team successes to build a positive and motivated work environment
