Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum one year of event sales experience
- Proven ability to prepare sales documentation accurately
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Must be able to work full time on site
- Must maintain professional appearance and conduct
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and confidentiality agreements
- Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods
- Capable of lifting objects up to 10 pounds
Job Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use sales software and tools effectively
- Experience in developing marketing and promotional initiatives

Job Duties
- Prepare sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders
- Promote brand recognition internally and externally
- Gather materials and prepare information packages including brochures and promotional materials
- Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
- Assist management in developing and implementing revenue and marketing programs for all outlets and room service
- Develop and coordinate social media initiatives and beverage promotion programs
- Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify sales data in relevant software
- Respond to guest inquiries about hotel facilities and services via phone and email
- Coordinate group booking confirmations for special events in restaurant space
- Coordinate all food and beverage sales in hospitality suites via Room Service
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and copying
- Communicate incidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
- Adhere to all company policies and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Welcome and recognize guests in accordance with company standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues
- Foster positive working relationships within the team
- Comply with quality control standards
- Lift, move, and transport objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned
