Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests by delivering exceptional service, solicit feedback and resolve guest complaints
- Hone operational execution by scheduling staffing to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
- Capitalize on business opportunities through marketing strategies including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, adhere to league formats, and manage league administrative duties
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate the team, delegate tasks effectively to ensure guest satisfaction and productivity
- Oversee and expand Food and Beverage program ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
- Work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed
