Job Duties

  • Be a champion for our guests by delivering exceptional service, solicit feedback and resolve guest complaints
  • Hone operational execution by scheduling staffing to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
  • Capitalize on business opportunities through marketing strategies including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, adhere to league formats, and manage league administrative duties
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate the team, delegate tasks effectively to ensure guest satisfaction and productivity
  • Oversee and expand Food and Beverage program ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
  • Work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed
