Job Requirements

  • minimum two years of relevant management experience
  • bachelor's degree required
  • proven ability to supervise and motivate staff
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift with assistance in an entertainment environment

Job Qualifications

  • two or more years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • bachelor's degree
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • strong team player

  • knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints proactively
  • schedule staffing levels to optimize center operation and guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies to increase sales such as leagues and open play bowling
  • maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers including managing league administration
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate team members to meet productivity and guest satisfaction goals
  • oversee and expand food and beverage programs ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
  • work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required
