Job Requirements
- minimum two years of relevant management experience
- bachelor's degree required
- proven ability to supervise and motivate staff
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift with assistance in an entertainment environment
Job Qualifications
- two or more years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- bachelor's degree
- ability to supervise center operations staff

- knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints proactively
- schedule staffing levels to optimize center operation and guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to increase sales such as leagues and open play bowling
- maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers including managing league administration
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate team members to meet productivity and guest satisfaction goals
- oversee and expand food and beverage programs ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
- work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required
