Job Requirements

- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- ability to supervise center operations staff
- strong team player
- exceptional people development skills
- excellent customer service skills
- knowledge of POS register systems
- flexible availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and address guest complaints proactively
- schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and enhance guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive revenue from leagues and open play bowling
- maintain strong relationships with bowling league members and manage league administrative duties
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff
- lead and motivate team members effectively, delegating as necessary
- oversee and expand the food and beverage program ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction
