Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • strong team player
  • exceptional people development skills
  • excellent customer service skills
  • knowledge of POS register systems
  • flexible availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and address guest complaints proactively
  • schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and enhance guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies to drive revenue from leagues and open play bowling
  • maintain strong relationships with bowling league members and manage league administrative duties
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff
  • lead and motivate team members effectively, delegating as necessary
  • oversee and expand the food and beverage program ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction
