Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of management experience in food and beverage or hospitality
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • physical ability to walk, stand, bend for extended periods and lift items with assistance
  • readiness to assume general manager responsibilities when necessary

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • bachelor's degree
  • ability to supervise center operations staff

Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints promptly
  • schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and optimize guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
  • build and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate team members to ensure guest satisfaction and operational productivity
  • oversee and expand the food and beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
  • work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
