Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of management experience in food and beverage or hospitality
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- physical ability to walk, stand, bend for extended periods and lift items with assistance
- readiness to assume general manager responsibilities when necessary

- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations

Job Duties
- deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints promptly
- schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and optimize guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
- build and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate team members to ensure guest satisfaction and operational productivity
- oversee and expand the food and beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
- work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
