Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- minimum 2 years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- ability to supervise and lead a team

Job Duties
- Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service, soliciting feedback, and resolving complaints
- continually hone operational execution and schedule staffing to meet center needs
- capitalize on business opportunities through marketing strategies such as leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league administrative duties
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented hourly center staff
- lead and motivate the team by leveraging individual strengths to enhance guest satisfaction and productivity
- oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction
- provide training and supervision of food and beverage staff
- work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed
