Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • minimum 2 years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • ability to supervise and lead a team
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • commitment to guest satisfaction
  • ability to handle operational responsibilities in absence of General Manager

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • ability to supervise center operations staff

  • knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service, soliciting feedback, and resolving complaints
  • continually hone operational execution and schedule staffing to meet center needs
  • capitalize on business opportunities through marketing strategies such as leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league administrative duties
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate the team by leveraging individual strengths to enhance guest satisfaction and productivity
  • oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction
  • provide training and supervision of food and beverage staff
  • work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed
