Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen bar restaurant and food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights weekends holidays and extended shifts
- Ability to walk bend and stand for periods of time and lift objects with assistance
- Dedicated team player with a customer service mindset

Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests consistently delivering exceptional service soliciting valuable feedback and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
- Continually hone operational execution schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
- Capitalize on all business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers to grow league business adhere to league formats distribute league announcements and perform administrative duties
- Recruit hire train and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
- Lead the team effectively leveraging individual strengths ensure guest satisfaction maximize center productivity delegate tasks
- Oversee management and expansion of Food and Beverage program ensuring high quality standards and guest satisfaction provide training and supervision to maintain execution of corporate initiatives
