Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen bar restaurant and food service operations

Job Duties
- be a champion for our guests consistently delivering exceptional service soliciting valuable feedback and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
- continually hone our operational execution schedule staffing levels to meet your center’s needs and maximize the guest experience
- capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing our marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow league business adhere to league formats distribute league announcements and perform league administrative duties
- recruit hire train and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
- lead the team and motivate effectively leveraging individual strengths delegate tasks to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity
- oversee the management and expansion of food and beverage program ensuring quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction provide ongoing training and supervision for consistent execution of corporate initiatives
- work varying shifts including weekends holidays and extended workdays as needed by center
