Job Requirements
- education of bachelor’s degree
- minimum 2 years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- proven ability to supervise center operations staff
- strong interpersonal communication skills
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- ability to lead and develop a team
- good physical stamina to walk, bend, stand for periods of time, and lift objects with assistance

Job Duties
- be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
- continually hone our operational execution
- schedule staffing levels to meet your center’s needs and maximize the guest experience
- capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing our marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow our league business, adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and perform other administrative duties associated with leagues
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
- lead the team and influence them through effective motivation, leverage individual strengths of team members to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity, delegate tasks
- oversee the management and expansion of the center’s Food & Beverage program, ensure the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction, provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards, foster a thriving sales culture
- work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
