Job Requirements

  • Ability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 2 plus years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong team player

  • Knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
  • Continually hone our operational execution
  • schedule staffing levels to meet your center’s needs and maximize the guest experience
  • Capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers to help grow league business
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
  • Lead the team using effective motivation and delegate work to ensure guest satisfaction and center productivity
  • Oversee the management and expansion of Food & Beverage program, ensuring high quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed by the center
