Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- 2 plus years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to supervise center operations staff

Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
- Continually hone our operational execution
- schedule staffing levels to meet your center’s needs and maximize the guest experience
- Capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers to help grow league business
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
- Lead the team using effective motivation and delegate work to ensure guest satisfaction and center productivity
- Oversee the management and expansion of Food & Beverage program, ensuring high quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction
- Work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed by the center
