Job Duties

  • Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting feedback, and addressing guest complaints
  • Schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league formats and announcements
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate team members, leveraging their strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and productivity
  • Oversee Food and Beverage program management and expansion, ensuring quality standards and ongoing staff training
  • Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed
