Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting feedback, and addressing guest complaints
- Schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league formats and announcements
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate team members, leveraging their strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and productivity
- Oversee Food and Beverage program management and expansion, ensuring quality standards and ongoing staff training
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed
