Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong team player
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods and lift objects with assistance

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 2 years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Proven ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability as a people developer
  • Customer service expertise
  • Knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and address guest complaints proactively
  • Schedule staffing to meet center needs and enhance guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • Recruit, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate staff to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee and expand the food and beverage program ensuring quality and compliance
  • Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
