Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years of management experience in related food service or hospitality operations
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to supervise and lead a diverse team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible availability to work varied shifts including weekends, nights, holidays, and extended hours
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for prolonged periods
  • Capacity to lift objects with assistance as required

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two or more years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Proven ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong team player with excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Exceptional people developer with a focus on talent growth
  • Proficient in customer service principles
  • Knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service by prioritizing guest satisfaction and resolving complaints proactively
  • Schedule and manage staffing levels to optimize operational efficiency and enhance guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to capitalize on business opportunities including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with league bowlers and officials, support league administrative functions
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a skilled team of hourly staff to ensure smooth center operations
  • Lead and motivate the team to leverage individual strengths, delegate responsibilities, and drive productivity
  • Manage and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring high quality standards and alignment with corporate initiatives
  • Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as required
