Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of management experience in related food service or hospitality operations
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to supervise and lead a diverse team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible availability to work varied shifts including weekends, nights, holidays, and extended hours
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for prolonged periods
- Capacity to lift objects with assistance as required
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Two or more years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- Proven ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong team player with excellent leadership and communication skills
- Exceptional people developer with a focus on talent growth
- Proficient in customer service principles
- Knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service by prioritizing guest satisfaction and resolving complaints proactively
- Schedule and manage staffing levels to optimize operational efficiency and enhance guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to capitalize on business opportunities including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with league bowlers and officials, support league administrative functions
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a skilled team of hourly staff to ensure smooth center operations
- Lead and motivate the team to leverage individual strengths, delegate responsibilities, and drive productivity
- Manage and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring high quality standards and alignment with corporate initiatives
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as required
