Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • ability to supervise center operations staff

  • customer service expertise
  • knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional guest service and promptly resolve complaints
  • schedule staffing levels to optimize operations and guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play
  • build and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate team members leveraging their strengths
  • oversee and expand Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
