Job Qualifications

- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- ability to supervise center operations staff

Job Duties
- deliver exceptional guest service and promptly resolve complaints
- schedule staffing levels to optimize operations and guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play
- build and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate team members leveraging their strengths
- oversee and expand Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
