Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • flexible availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to handle a fast-paced entertainment environment including walking, bending, standing, and occasional lifting
  • commitment to guest satisfaction and team development

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints promptly
  • schedule and manage staffing levels to meet operational needs
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officials
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate team members to maximize guest satisfaction and productivity
  • oversee and expand food and beverage programs while ensuring quality and compliance
  • work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • fill in for General Manager as needed
