Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years management experience in food service or related operations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Flexibility to work extended shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Capability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods, and lift objects with assistance
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction and staff development

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Two or more years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop employee talents
  • Customer service expertise
  • Knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Champion exceptional guest service by actively resolving complaints and soliciting feedback
  • Schedule staffing levels to optimize operational execution and guest experience
  • Implement marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open bowling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and manage league administrative duties
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate the team, delegating responsibilities to maximize productivity
  • Manage and expand the Food & Beverage program, ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
