Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in food service or related operations
  • Ability to supervise and lead center staff
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for periods, and lift objects with assistance
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Eligibility to fill in for General Manager as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong team player
  • Exceptional people development skills
  • Customer service expertise
  • Knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
  • Continually improve operational execution and schedule staffing levels effectively
  • Capitalize on business opportunities by executing marketing strategies such as leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league-related administrative duties
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate the team to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity
  • Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program while ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
