Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen bar restaurant and food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong team player
  • Exceptional people developer
  • Customer service professional
  • Knowledge of POS register systems
  • Ability to work varying shifts including nights weekends and holidays with flexibility
  • Ability to walk bend stand for periods of time and lift objects with assistance

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for guests consistently delivering exceptional service soliciting valuable feedback and addressing guest complaints
  • Continually hone operational execution schedule staffing levels to meet center’s needs and maximize guest experience
  • Capitalize on business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers to grow league business adhere to league formats distribute league announcements and perform administrative league duties
  • Recruit hire train and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
  • Lead the team through effective motivation leveraging individual strengths to maximize productivity delegate tasks efficiently
  • Oversee management and expansion of Food & Beverage program ensuring high quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction provide ongoing training and supervision
  • Work varying shifts including weekends holidays and extended workdays as needed
