Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience in food service or entertainment environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical capability to walk, bend, stand for periods, and lift objects with assistance
- commitment to guest satisfaction
- ability to lead and train staff effectively
Job Qualifications
- Two or more years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- bachelor’s degree
- ability to supervise center operations staff

- knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- Champion exceptional guest service and resolve complaints actively
- schedule staff to meet operational needs and maximize guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule talented hourly team members
- lead and motivate team effectively using delegation and individual strengths
- oversee food and beverage sales ensuring high quality and exceptional guest satisfaction
- maintain flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended days
