Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior management experience in food service or entertainment environment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical capability to walk, bend, stand for periods, and lift objects with assistance
  • commitment to guest satisfaction
  • ability to lead and train staff effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Two or more years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • bachelor’s degree
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • strong team player
  • exceptional people developer
  • customer service proficiency
  • knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Champion exceptional guest service and resolve complaints actively
  • schedule staff to meet operational needs and maximize guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule talented hourly team members
  • lead and motivate team effectively using delegation and individual strengths
  • oversee food and beverage sales ensuring high quality and exceptional guest satisfaction
  • maintain flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended days
