Job Duties

  • Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
  • Continually hone our operational execution by scheduling staffing levels to meet the center’s needs and maximize the guest experience
  • Capitalize on all business opportunities in the market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow league business, adhere to league formats, distribute announcements, and perform administrative duties associated with leagues
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
  • Lead the team with effective motivation, leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity
  • Oversee the management and expansion of the center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring high quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards
  • Work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
