Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of management experience
- ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills

- physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods and lift objects with assistance
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- ability to supervise center operations staff

- knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- champion exceptional guest service and promptly resolve guest complaints
- hone operational execution and schedule staff to optimize guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to capitalize on business opportunities
- maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers and manage league administrative duties
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate the team to maximize guest satisfaction and productivity
- oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
- maintain flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
