Job Duties
- Champion guest service and resolve complaints promptly
- Schedule staffing levels to optimize operations and guest experience
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and business growth
- Establish and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff
- Motivate and lead the team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- Manage and grow the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and service standards
