Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations

Job Duties

  • Champion guest service and resolve complaints promptly
  • Schedule staffing levels to optimize operations and guest experience
  • Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and business growth
  • Establish and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff
  • Motivate and lead the team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
  • Manage and grow the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and service standards
