Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests consistently delivering exceptional service soliciting valuable feedback and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
- Continually hone operational execution schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
- Capitalize on business opportunities in the market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers to grow league business adhere to league formats distribute announcements and perform league administrative duties
- Recruit hire train and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
- Lead the team through effective motivation leverage individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity delegate tasks efficiently
- Oversee the management and expansion of the center's food and beverage program ensuring highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction
