Job Duties
- be a champion for our guests consistently delivering exceptional service
- solicit valuable feedback and actively address and resolve guest complaints
- continually hone operational execution
- schedule staffing levels to meet the center’s needs and maximize guest experience
- capitalize on all business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales
- develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers to grow league business
- recruit hire train and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
- lead and motivate the team leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity
- oversee the management and expansion of food and beverage program ensuring high quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction
- provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards
- remain flexible to work varying shifts including nights weekends holidays and extended workdays
