Job Duties

  • be a champion for our guests consistently delivering exceptional service
  • solicit valuable feedback and actively address and resolve guest complaints
  • continually hone operational execution
  • schedule staffing levels to meet the center’s needs and maximize guest experience
  • capitalize on all business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales
  • develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers to grow league business
  • recruit hire train and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate the team leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity
  • oversee the management and expansion of food and beverage program ensuring high quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction
  • provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards
  • remain flexible to work varying shifts including nights weekends holidays and extended workdays
