Job Requirements

- ability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree
- 2 plus years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- ability to supervise center operations staff

- knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- deliver exceptional guest service and address complaints proactively
- schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize the guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate the team to enhance guest satisfaction and center productivity
- oversee the management and expansion of food and beverage programs ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction
