Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work extended workdays
  • physical capability to walk, bend, stand for periods and lift objects with some assistance

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints promptly
  • schedule staffing levels to optimize center operations and guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies to increase sales and participation in leagues and open play bowling
  • build and maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate team members by delegating tasks effectively
  • oversee management and expansion of Food & Beverage programs ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
  • work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended days as required
