Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 plus years management experience in food service or hospitality operations
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • basic computer proficiency including POS systems
  • physical ability to walk, bend, stand for long periods, and lift objects with assistance

Job Qualifications

  • 2 plus years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • bachelor's degree

Job Duties

  • be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
  • continually improve operational execution and schedule staffing levels
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers and manage league administration
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate the team to ensure guest satisfaction and productivity
  • oversee food and beverage program management and expansion ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
  • work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays
