Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 plus years management experience in food service or hospitality operations
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- basic computer proficiency including POS systems
- physical ability to walk, bend, stand for long periods, and lift objects with assistance

- 2 plus years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations

Job Duties
- be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
- continually improve operational execution and schedule staffing levels
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers and manage league administration
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate the team to ensure guest satisfaction and productivity
- oversee food and beverage program management and expansion ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
- work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays
