Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays
- Ability to stand, walk and lift objects with assistance
- Committed team player with leadership qualities

Job Duties
- Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
- Hone operational execution and schedule staffing to maximize guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to capitalize on business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff
- Lead and motivate the team to ensure guest satisfaction and productivity
- Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program to ensure quality and sales growth
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
