Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk and lift objects with assistance
  • Committed team player with leadership qualities

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
  • Hone operational execution and schedule staffing to maximize guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to capitalize on business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff
  • Lead and motivate the team to ensure guest satisfaction and productivity
  • Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program to ensure quality and sales growth
  • Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
