Job Duties

  • Be a champion for our guests, consistently deliver exceptional service, solicit valuable feedback, actively address and resolve guest complaints
  • Continually hone operational execution, schedule staffing levels to meet center’s needs and maximize the guest experience
  • Capitalize on all business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers to grow league business, adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and manage league administrative duties
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
  • Lead the team through effective motivation leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity
  • Oversee management and expansion of Food & Beverage program ensuring highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction, provide ongoing training and supervision for consistent execution of corporate initiatives
  • Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
