Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods, and lift objects with assistance

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for guests consistently delivering exceptional service
  • Solicit and address guest feedback and complaints
  • Schedule staffing levels to optimize guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead, motivate, and delegate to the team to maximize productivity
  • Oversee the expansion and quality of the food and beverage program
  • Provide ongoing training and supervision to staff on corporate standards
  • Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
