Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods, and lift objects with assistance

Job Duties
- Be a champion for guests consistently delivering exceptional service
- Solicit and address guest feedback and complaints
- Schedule staffing levels to optimize guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead, motivate, and delegate to the team to maximize productivity
- Oversee the expansion and quality of the food and beverage program
- Provide ongoing training and supervision to staff on corporate standards
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
